By purchasing a ticket through this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase

  • All ticket sales are final.
  • Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is officially canceled by the organizer.
  • Tickets may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, or resold without prior approval from the organizer.
  • The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission if fraudulent or suspicious transactions are identified.

2. Admission

  • There will be no printed tickets and no digital tickets issued.
  • Purchasers must present their proof of purchase and a valid government-issued ID upon entry.
  • Failure to provide sufficient proof of purchase may result in denied entry.
  • Entry is subject to venue capacity, security procedures, and event policies.

3. Regular Ticket Benefits

A Regular Ticket grants:

  • One (1) admission to the event.
  • Access to designated general admission areas.

Regular Ticket holders do not receive VIP privileges, meet-and-greet access, priority viewing areas, or other VIP-exclusive benefits.

4. VIP Ticket Benefits

A VIP Ticket grants:

  • One (1) admission to the event.
  • Access to the designated VIP viewing area near the main performing bands.
  • Access to the scheduled meet-and-greet session with participating headlining artists.

VIP benefits are subject to artist availability, venue restrictions, safety regulations, and event scheduling. The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to VIP arrangements when necessary.

5. Event Changes

  • Event schedules, lineups, performers, and activities may change without prior notice.
  • No refunds will be issued due to changes in lineup, set times, supporting acts, or event programming.
  • The organizer reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event when circumstances require.

6. Conduct and Safety

  • Attendees must follow all venue rules, security requirements, and instructions from event staff.
  • Dangerous, illegal, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
  • The organizer reserves the right to deny admission or remove any attendee whose behavior poses a risk to others.

7. Photography and Media

  • By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
  • The organizer may use photographs, video footage, and recordings taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes without compensation.

8. Liability

  • Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.
  • The organizer shall not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
  • The organizer shall not be responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

9. Agreement

By checking the box and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
